RUN SQUADS

Bring water


Day  Time Location   Description 
 Wednesday 5.00 pm  Water Gardens, Freshwater Rd, Jingili  Run speed endurance session. Individual times. Daz usually present from 4.30pm for those who like earlier start.  $2.50
 Friday 6am  Darwin Sailing Club carpark, Atkins Drive, Fannie Bay Strength run session.  Individual
efforts.  $2.50


Visitors welcome but suggest you contact Daryl prior to attendance to confirm location.

Note:  During the Dry some run sessions may be conducted at different locations.  If you are not a regular, it's a good idea to email daryl.stanley@bigpond.com to confirm where running will be located.
